or a dramatic change of style. Please inform us in advance and the staff will gladly take before and after pictures and submit your stunning "New Look" to our viewers on line. The "New Year, New Look" makeover contestant and Stylist of choice will be chosen by the public. Receiving the most number of votes via email decides the winning makeover, they will both win a fabulous gift promotion. Value of gift promotion for the creative artistic Stylist and "New Year, New Look" makeover contestant will be submitted and listed by February 28th, 2009. One entry per e-mail address sent to contact@strands.ca is allowed and will be tracked by myself, Brenda. Winning entry with the most number of votes will be given out December 15, 2009.
